I’ve noticed recently, that I'm always looking at Tripadvisor for reviews online to see whether restaurants cater for gluten free. But yet I never post any reviews myself. Therefore, I have decided to start posting reviews for each and every restaurant I visit, and so should you!
By posting a review on Tripadvisor for the various restaurants you visit, will help yourself and other members of the gluten free community when deciding on restaurants to book.

A few weeks ago, my friends and I were recommended to try a restaurant by someone we knew. Before booking a table, I looked on the Tripadvisor app to see whether anyone had posted about their gluten free experience. There was only 1 review that included the phrase “gluten free” and it was over a year old!
Luckily, I had rung the restaurant up prior to booking to see if they could cater for gluten free. They had told me a few options over the phone, they all sounded so tasty! There were Fish n Chips, Burgers with gluten free buns and much more, it was great!
After this restaurant experience, I went onto the Tripadvisor app and gave my honest review about my meal there. I wrote the review, and of course mentioned the gluten free options that were offered. I really felt that I needed to do my bit and write a review, in case any other coeliacs want to go to the restaurant!

So, after all of this, I've now decided that I'm going to write regular reviews on Tripadvisor and keep them in sync with my Instagram posts, which review gluten free meals. I really want to help the gluten free community and I will write a review for each and every restaurant I visit.
Wouldn’t it be great if everyone could do the same?
Together as a community we should be helping each other!
Thanks so much for reading,
Beth xxx
